  • SENIOR: Martha // Fargo Senior Photographer

    MARTHA! I may be a bit bias because Martha is the younger sister of one of my good friends(and past bride), Alex – BUT, Martha is such an exceptional young woman. She is incredibly bright and has such an incredible future ahead of her! I had such a great time capturing her Senior portraits in downtown Fargo this Fall! Her family came along (which was fabulous!!) and they brought along the little wagon that Martha has had since she was a kid – we found cool ways to incorporate it into the session. We found some amazing colors on an ivy wall, ventured through alley’s and ended at Island Park! She is a natural beauty and seriously knew how to work it! A few tips here and there, and she went with it 🙂  Martha will be heading to Chicago for college next year and I’m so excited for her! I think it’s rare for high school students to have the courage to venture far from home to go to college, so I’m incredibly impressed that Martha is taking the leap! She’ll do nothing but great things in this world and I’m so excited for her! Enjoy 🙂

  • KNOT-TIED: Kelly + Alex // Minneapolis Wedding Photographer

    YOU are all in for an absolute treat tonight…a GORGEOUS, and I mean gorgeous, Fall wedding awaits!! Kelly + Alex’s wedding fell on the nicest day we had in October — it was in the 50’s with abundant sunshine and a light cool breeze. It was perfection. Between the hysterical bridal party, the adoring looks Alex gave Kelly all day, and the way everything seemed to just fall into place, this wedding was one for the books. I was so in love with so many of their little details of the day. It all came together so seamlessly. They got married at The Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN. This venue is SO beautiful and everyone who works there is so attentive and wonderful to work with!! Plus, it gave us some seriously fabulous fall leaves – I couldn’t believe the colors we got! Enough with the details — more about Kelly + Alex! I met Alex in college about 7 years ago through a service organization we were involved in. He’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and truly put everyone else before himself. He sure met his match in Kelly – she is such an awesome person with a huge heart. I truly loved getting to know them better throughout the whole wedding planning process. I was so sad when their wedding was over – but I know the best is yet to come for these two. Help me in congratulating the newest, Mr. and Mrs. Fischer! Enjoy 🙂

  • FAMILY: The Gysbers’ // North Dakota Family Photographer

    The adorable Gysbers’ family! These guys were super fun and easy to work with!! Jen was the recipient of one of my free mini-sessions giveaway last Spring! We waited for some great Fall leaves to do the session and the weather did not disappoint! Her beautiful little girls, Peyton and Miley were so adorable in their coordinating outfits. They took a few minutes to warm up to the camera, but once they did, it was on!! This session is the perfect example of how much we can accomplish in just 20 short minutes! We were able to get so many great shots while still keeping the girls’ attention 🙂 Enjoy the images!
