FALL MINI SESSIONS!! // North Dakota Family Photographer

I have been looking forward to this post all fall long!!! I had so many beautiful fall family mini-sessions this year, so I thought it would be fun to incorporate them ALL in one blog post!!! You’ll see 12 of the wonderful families I captured this year all within a 3 week timeframe. The trees are only prime for so long, so I try to squeeze as many sessions in as I can! I had so much fun with every single family – there was tons of laughter, new ideas, and of course a few mishaps along the way, but hey, it wouldn’t be reality if there weren’t a few of those, right?? 🙂 From Grand Forks to Minneapolis and everywhere in between, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to have met and documented these precious moments of these 12 families. I hope you all have a safe and wonderful upcoming Christmas! 🙂

KNOT-TIED: Megan + Kyle // North Dakota Wedding Photographer

Welcome to the END of my busy season – WOOHOO! A crazy October and November = very few blog posts from me, but I’m thrilled to jump back on the bandwagon to share this gorgeous wedding with you all tonight! Megan + Kyle were married on October 1st in Devils Lake. I lived in DL for almost 10 years until I moved to Fargo in 6th grade – it was so amazing how I remembered where everything was throughout the city and knew my way around! Enough about me, and more about the newlyweds! These two are too sweet for words – their interactions, smiles to each other, and the way they treat each other so sweetly won me over instantly when I met them. The other big reason I love these two is their adorable daughter, Elli! She is a little firecracker full of energy, sass, and so much personality 🙂 She stole the show twirling in her beautiful mini-bride dress 🙂 Megan chose the cutest bridesmaids dresses that totally matched her fall theme – I loved how they pulled the whole color scheme together. I had a fantastic day watching these two live out a day they had planned for over a year. Be sure to check out how gorgeous Megan’s wedding gown is – it’s one of my favorite dresses from this entire year!! 🙂 Enjoy!

KNOT-TIED: Angie + Jon // Fargo Wedding Photographer

Happy Wednesday, everyone! I’ve been keeping busy finishing up my 2016 wedding season, but I’m thrilled to share one of my favorite weddings all season with you tonight! Angie + Jon’s wedding fell on a typical September day – the skies were grey, there was a chance of rain, but their love and admiration for each other trumped all. We started the day out at the Romantic Moon venue for hair/makeup and continued on for all of our portraits on the gorgeous grounds they boast! The timing couldn’t have been more perfect – as soon as we ended family portraits, it started to rain! We headed into town for the indoor ceremony and I was so happy we sneaked by with everything we needed outdoors 🙂 The ceremony was beautiful and the laughter filled the reception hall all evening. Angie’s dress was completely her – the simple details and the style of her hair completely complemented each other. Her laugh and smile is contagious – she is a true beauty – inside and out. The way Jon looked at Angie all day was the sweetest – it’s so clear how much he values her and I loved capturing their natural interactions all day. I could go on and on about the florals that Angie chose – they were SO beautiful!! And we all know how big of a sucker I am for gorgeous blooms 🙂 The day was amazing and I’m so thankful I was a part of the Kuehnemund’s first day as husband and wife!! Enjoy 🙂
